PAPAJOHNS.com BOWL - South Carolina vs. Connecticut



Here are the following players to keep your eye for the 2010 NFL Draft in the PAPAJOHNS.com BOWL.


RB Andre Dixon – Dixon isn’t the player Donald Brown who was the running back that was drafted in the first round by the Colts last year. He is a physical running back that has good size at 6-1 202 pounds. Right now has a 5th round grade.


WR Marcus Easley – Easley has come on this season to become and NFL draft prospect. He has great size at 6-2 216 pounds and has good hands. He needs to improve his route running, but has a 6th round grade right now.


DE Lindsey Witten – Witten started the season hot, but kind of cooled off, but still is a good overall pass rusher. He most likely will be a 3-4 outside linebacker and right now has a 4th round grade.


S Robert Vaughn – Vaughn is a good overall safety and has come on this season to raise his draft grade. He has good size at 6-0 200 pounds will decent range and can play some man to man. Right now has a 6th round grade.


TE Weslye Saunders (JR) – Saunders is a great athlete as a tight end, he is a good receiver but needs to become a better blocker. He needs to get bigger and strong. If he does declare early should be have a 3rd round grade.


DE Cliff Matthews (JR) – Matthews is a good overall defensive end will great size and can play DE in both the 3-4 defense or the 4-3 defense. If he does declare early should be have a 3rd round grade.


OLB Eric Norwood – Norwood is a good overall linebacker who should be a strongside linebacker in a 4-3 defense. Right now he has 2nd round grade.


S Darian Stewart – Stewart is a in the box type of safety who is good against the run. Right now he has a 6th round grade.
