NFL Combine: Tight End Notes

- Jermaine Gresham of Oklahoma coming off missing all of the 2009 season with a knee injury came into the combine with a lot of question and end up running a nice 40 time with a 4.76. I expect him to run again at his Pro-Day.

- Jimmy Graham of Miami ran a 4.56, and only played one season of football for the Hurricanes, but his basketball background intrigues scouts and is 6-6 260 and look great catching the football.

- Dorin Dickerson of Pittsburgh was the star of the 40-yard dash with a 4.40.

- Dennis Pitta of BYU showed a great job catching the football very natural.

- Nate Byham of Pittsburgh who most people feel is a blocking tight but did a nice job catching the football.

- Andrew Quarless of Penn State didn’t do anything outstanding but ran a good 40 and showed a good job catching the football.

- Rob Gronkowski of Arizona didn't work out which a lot of NFL personal was disappointed he didn't work out.

- Clay Harbor of Missouri State who did 30 reps and ran in the 4.6 range in the 40 and did a nice job catching the football.

- Garrett Graham of Wisconsin who wasn’t as tall as NFL personal wish he was but showed that he was a good football player and catch the ball.
