Jahvid Best of California had a great work out running a 4.35 40 yard dash a 6.75 3-cone drill and showed quickness in the drills and he checkout medical that he is 100 percent which helps his stock out a lot.

Jonathan Dwyer of Georgia Tech showed good speed at running an official time of 4.59 and showed good quickness in the drills, he weight in at 229 and could stand to lose a few more pounds going into his Pro-Day.

Joe McKnight of USC ran a 40 of 4.47, a 10 foot broad jump and had a 36.5 vertical jump and showed a good job catching the football and in the drills. I do expect him to retest at USC Pro Day as many people feel he is faster then 4.47.

Ryan Mathews of Fresno State had one of the better overall workouts and has but himself in the 1st round. He did 19 reps of 225, ran a 4.45 40 yard dash and had a 36 inch vertical jump and look very good in the running back drills.
